Step into the 2026–2027 school year with an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on young learners! An opening is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support an elementary caseload in a vibrant educational environment. This full-time, onsite contract role spans the entire academic year and focuses exclusively on providing services to elementary-aged students.

Ideal candidates will be passionate about fostering communication growth and supporting student success. You’ll work closely with a supportive team of educators, administrators, and families, collaborating to create individualized solutions for each student on your caseload of approximately 40.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Active Texas SLP license required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior experience within a school-based setting desired
  • Strong background working with elementary-aged children
  • Confident in performing evaluations, developing IEP goals, and delivering both direct and consultative services
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy and IEPs for students
  • Deliver engaging direct and indirect therapy sessions onsite
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely progress reports and documentation
