Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Plano, TX

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make an impact in an elementary school setting near Plano, TX. This contract role offers the chance to work onsite with a supportive team, serving a diverse caseload of approximately 60 elementary-aged students. We welcome applicants who hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and are open to considering Clinical Fellows (CF) if supervision is provided.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Texas (or eligibility)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) will be considered with supervision
• Experience with school-aged children, especially in elementary settings, is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Role Overview:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with classroom teachers, staff, and families
• Manage a caseload of around 60 elementary-aged students
• Work onsite, up to 40 hours per week
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
• Offer consultation and support to teachers and families regarding students’ speech and language needs
