Embark on a rewarding contract assignment supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant school community near Plano, TX. This onsite opportunity runs through the end of the 2026-2027 school year and is ideal for professionals passionate about making a lasting impact.

You’ll collaborate with a dedicated educational team, managing an average caseload of 60 elementary-aged students. While preference is given to clinicians holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply—supervision support will be provided to ensure your success and professional growth.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred; strong Clinical Fellows considered
  • School-based SLP experience or enthusiasm for working in educational settings
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services onsite
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions

This full-time contract position offers a consistent schedule of up to 40 hours per week through May 21, 2027, providing the chance to build meaningful connections while engaging students in their learning journey.
