Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Texas
• Experience working with school-aged children across elementary, middle, and high school grades
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with students, staff, and families
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in Grades K-12
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop tailored intervention plans
• Write and maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Attend IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student goals and accommodations
• Partner with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy into daily classroom activities
• Offer guidance and resources to families to encourage student growth beyond the classroom
