Required Skills & Experience:

• Active Texas SLP license
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Experience with elementary-aged students and in school settings strongly preferred
• Strength in team collaboration, organization, and effective documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve a diverse caseload of approximately 40 elementary students
• Conduct speech/language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEP goals)
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services on site
• Liaise with special education staff, teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate records and clear communication
