Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP required
• Previous experience in a school setting or with middle school students strongly preferred
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Commitment to collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to support a diverse caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions for middle school students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide timely documentation and progress reports
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support student communication needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student participation and achievement
