Make a meaningful impact by providing speech and language services for students in kindergarten through 8th grade. This full-time contract opportunity is ideal for passionate clinicians interested in helping students reach their communication goals during the 2026/2027 school year. The assignment covers 375 hours and offers a manageable caseload averaging 55 students (maximum 61).

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Valid California licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) welcome to apply
  • Experience in a school setting, or a strong desire to support K-8 students
  • Ability to provide direct and consultative speech therapy services and conduct thorough assessments
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Flexible, collaborative approach to working with school teams and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group speech-language therapy to students on your caseload
  • Conduct initial and periodic assessments to identify communication needs and measure progress
  • Develop, implement, and update IEP goals tailored to each student
  • Consult with teachers and staff to support student learning and social skills
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain all necessary documentation per school guidelines
  • Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure student success
