Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active, state-approved license or immediate eligibility for licensure
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly desired
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport
  • Ability to excel individually and as part of a dynamic team

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Lead engaging therapy sessions to help students achieve their communication goals
  • Carefully track progress and maintain meticulous documentation
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated, student-centered care
  • Empower families with resources and ongoing education about the therapy process
