Step into a dynamic role supporting student success as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year! Make a meaningful impact from August 3, 2026, through May 28, 2027, working Monday to Friday, 7:30AM to 4PM. The position offers the opportunity to serve a caseload of approximately 50-60 students across sites to be determined within a vibrant educational community.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials, or progress toward completion
  • Prior experience with school-based caseloads preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities to interact with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff
  • Solid knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and documentation practices for K-12 students
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to tailor services to a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in partnership with staff and families
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both in individual and group settings
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with regulations and school policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and training as needed
  • Proactively support students across multiple school sites
