Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting middle and high schoolers as a certified Speech-Language Pathologist. This flexible, part-time assignment is located within easy reach of the Plummer, ID area and focuses on delivering impactful direct therapy to a small caseload of about ten students. You’ll be onsite one full day per week (excluding Wednesdays and Fridays), making this an ideal fit for SLPs seeking additional hours or a consistent, manageable commitment.

Position Details:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to middle and high school students
  • Direct therapy with an emphasis on individualized student needs
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to create supportive learning environments
  • Maintain accurate session notes and documentation for student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings as needed and offer input on student goals
  • Flexible scheduling: select any day but Wednesday or Friday for your weekly sessions
  • Contract dates: begin as soon as possible, continue through early June

Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (Idaho)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC required)
  • Previous schools-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes
