Qualifications and Experience:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active or eligible state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for speech-language services
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and parents
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Track progress and adjust interventions as needed to meet student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive team planning
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Support students with diverse communication needs in both individual and group settings
