Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Active or eligible state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children
  • Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for speech-language services
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and parents
  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Track progress and adjust interventions as needed to meet student needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive team planning
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
  • Support students with diverse communication needs in both individual and group settings
