Requirements:
• Valid SLP license (or eligibility) in Michigan
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience with pediatric speech-language disorders, especially in school or early intervention settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting early childhood learning and speech development

Responsibilities:
• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations in early-childhood populations
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff
• Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain compliance with regulations
