Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLP-CCC certification
- Eligible for California SLP licensure
- Clinical expertise with children and adolescents
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse school populations
- Eagerness to work with both elementary and high school caseloads
- Willingness to mentor and collaborate with school staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, in-person speech and language therapy to students
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement IEPs
- Track progress, document sessions, and provide data-driven updates for each student
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student goals
- Offer consultation and resources to educators and families for carryover strategies
- Travel between elementary and high school sites as required
