Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility); ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience, interest, or training in pediatrics, schools, or healthcare-based SLP services
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to interact with students, staff, and families
  • Compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to evidence-based practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluate students for speech, language, social communication, or cognitive-communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to support student progress
  • Provide direct therapy services for students, both individually and in small groups
  • Engage and educate families on strategies to continue progress at home
  • Maintain documentation, track progress, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
