Step into a rewarding, flexible contract role as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) supporting a small district near Pomerene, AZ. This opportunity runs from ASAP until the end of the school year, offering the chance to make a strong impact across multiple buildings, preK-12. With approximately 20 hours a week, you'll be able to maintain balance in your schedule while delivering essential services to students.

Qualifications:

  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • State SLP licensure for Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred; open to clinicians with a strong clinical background in pediatric or educational settings
  • Ability to work independently and travel between school buildings as needed
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Dedicated to fostering student success and advocacy

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, comprehensive evaluations, and re-evaluations for students in PreK through 12th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to IEP requirements
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions and consultative services onsite across multiple campuses
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and participation in the educational environment
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress monitoring
  • Provide in-service training and resources to staff as appropriate
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
