Embark on a meaningful new opportunity providing speech-language pathology support to students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This site is seeking six dynamic SLPs who are passionate about making a difference and fostering communication skills across a range of grade levels. Openings are available in elementary, middle, and high school settings; school assignment and caseload will be thoughtfully matched to experience and preference.

You’ll have the chance to work with an engaged student body from kindergarten through 12th grade, offering direct, in-person services as part of a welcoming educational community, while taking over a caseload from a beloved, retiring SLP. Each caseload is carefully maintained at an optimal size (approximately 50-60 students) to ensure both quality and manageability.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP in Florida
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience with K-12 populations—elementary, middle, and/or high school
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Dedicated to fostering inclusivity and student growth

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Provide in-person therapy sessions for students across a variety of grade levels
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
  • Maintain caseload documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
