6th Grade 4th Grade School Speech Language Pathologist - Pompano Beach, FL

We are seeking six speech-language pathologists (SLPs) eager to provide vital in-person services to diverse learners, as the current SLP transitions into retirement. You'll play a pivotal role in helping children from elementary through high school achieve their fullest communication potential.

Openings span multiple grade levels—elementary, middle, and high school—with each SLP assigned to a team based on their skills and preference. Caseload sizes are thoughtfully maintained between 50-60 students, ensuring quality service and meaningful connections.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) for SLPs in Florida
• Experience or demonstrated comfort working with students across K-12 (1st–12th grade)
• Commitment to delivering in-person therapy and evaluation services
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
• Flexibility to work at elementary (7:30am–4:00pm), middle (7:45am–4:00pm), or high school (8:30am–4:00pm) campus as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within assigned caseload
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document student progress and maintain thorough records
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing program improvement
