Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • CCC-SLP or CF candidates welcome—mentorship provided for CFYs
  • Experience in school settings and working with Pre-K-5th grade students is highly preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations of students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Track progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Serve as a resource for teachers and families, sharing strategies to support student communication in the classroom
  • Foster an inclusive, engaging therapy environment
