Step into a rewarding school-based contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLP-CF) in a welcoming educational community near Ponca City, OK. This full-time, on-site position offers the chance to make a significant impact on elementary students, helping them develop essential communication skills within a supportive learning environment.

The assignment begins ASAP with work hours from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, including a dedicated 30-minute lunch break each day. You will work closely with a caseload of approximately 50 elementary students in grades PK-5 who have primarily mild to moderate articulation and language needs. All students spend most of their day in a general education classroom and benefit from tailored pull-out or push-in therapy services.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for license in Oklahoma (SLP or Clinical Fellow accepted)
  • Experience with school-aged children across K-12 grade levels preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, parents, and fellow therapists
  • Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans focused on language and articulation
  • Commitment to supporting students in the general education setting through inclusive therapeutic approaches

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students (PK-5)
  • Complete assessments, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Implement both pull-out and push-in service models to maximize student success
  • Track progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ educational goals
