Qualifications:

  • Active SLP-CCC (Speech-Language Pathologist, Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential required
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience working with elementary-age students preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IEP processes, speech and language intervention strategies, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary students
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings and progress reports
  • Adapt intervention methods to meet diverse student needs
  • Foster a positive, encouraging learning space for all students
  • Track student progress and communicate findings to school staff and families
