Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Florida
  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Recent experience working with high school students strongly preferred, but all passionate SLPs are welcome
  • Familiarity with school-based caseloads and IEP processes
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Position Details:

  • Two available part-time schedules: 2 days per week (16 hours) or 3 days per week (24 hours), both in a high school setting
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
  • Provide consultative guidance to school personnel on speech/language development and classroom strategies
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where all students can reach their communication goals
