Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to an educational setting for the 2026-2027 school year. This in-person, part-time contract role is designed for a dedicated SLP passionate about helping students communicate and succeed. Work within local schools, collaborating closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to provide essential speech and language services.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid licensure and certification as required for school-based SLPs
  • Previous experience in school environments or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in evaluating and providing therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Comfortable working onsite and engaging with children with diverse backgrounds and needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments of students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services, individually or in small groups, according to student needs
  • Maintain thorough documentation of sessions, progress notes, and compliance paperwork
  • Partner with teachers, counselors, and families to support student progress and integrate therapy into the school day
  • Offer consultation and support to educational staff on best practices and strategies for speech and language support
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
