Qualifications:
- Active Michigan SLP license required (please provide a screenshot verifying current status)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Experience supporting students in a school setting, ideally across a range of grade levels
- Comfortable delivering all aspects of school-based SLP services independently
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students from PreK through 12th grade
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with IEPs and school guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Advise and assist educational teams regarding communication concerns and intervention strategies
- Serve as an essential resource for speech and language development across the district
