Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- State licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Experience working with elementary-aged students strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Compassionate, positive, and student-centered approach
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy services to K-5 students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress, IEPs, and compliance requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Offer expertise on language and communication disorders to educators and caregivers
- Foster an inclusive and motivating therapy environment
