Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting highly valued
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt and tailor therapy approaches to a range of student needs and diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with teachers, families, and other specialists
  • Provide direct therapy to students in both group and individual settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting to monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with educational staff to support inclusive practices and generalization of skills in the classroom
