Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations and collaborate with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and write IEP goals for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapy sessions for children K-12
- Monitor progress, document services, and provide regular updates to staff and families
- Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom strategies and modify curriculum as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and other school-based team activities
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
