Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings highly valued
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other related service professionals to support student success
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and progress measurements
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and compliance standards
