Your day-to-day role will focus on assessment, intervention, and collaboration—making a direct impact on students’ academic and social success. You’ll work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure each child’s unique needs are addressed.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations and collaborate with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and write IEP goals for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapy sessions for children K-12
  • Monitor progress, document services, and provide regular updates to staff and families
  • Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom strategies and modify curriculum as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other school-based team activities
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
