Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong ability to manage and support diverse student caseloads
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to in-person collaboration with educational staff and students
- Keen ability to adapt therapy plans to individual student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy sessions in-person to students on-site
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff for holistic student care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Offer progress updates and participate in IEP meetings as required
