Desired Qualifications:
- ASHA certification and state SLP license (or eligibility)
- Experience providing services in school settings, especially at the elementary level
- Proficiency and confidence with technology to deliver remote/virtual therapy
- Adaptability and creativity in engaging students online
- Strong communication and collaboration with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy and case management for a caseload of 38 elementary students
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEPs
- Utilize digital platforms and virtual resources to maximize student engagement and progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support each child’s development
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state requirements
