Multiple positions are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to make a meaningful difference in a dynamic school environment. This in-person only position allows for deep connections with students and a direct impact on their communication growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Active WA SLP License and ESA certification required
- Previous experience with K-12 student populations strongly preferred
- SLP-CCC credential and background in educational settings
- Must complete fingerprinting through OSPI before start
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage caseloads averaging 48-60 students
Role Overview:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Create individualized treatment plans and IEP documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for student success
- Support students across various communication challenges, in both group and one-on-one settings
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team processes
- Engage in ongoing evaluation and progress monitoring, adjusting strategies as needed
Position Details:
- Five SLPs needed for the academic year
- Four positions are full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- One position is .7 full-time
- All roles are in-person within a supportive school community
