Multiple positions are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to make a meaningful difference in a dynamic school environment. This in-person only position allows for deep connections with students and a direct impact on their communication growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active WA SLP License and ESA certification required
  • Previous experience with K-12 student populations strongly preferred
  • SLP-CCC credential and background in educational settings
  • Must complete fingerprinting through OSPI before start
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads averaging 48-60 students

Role Overview:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Create individualized treatment plans and IEP documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for student success
  • Support students across various communication challenges, in both group and one-on-one settings
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team processes
  • Engage in ongoing evaluation and progress monitoring, adjusting strategies as needed

Position Details:

  • Five SLPs needed for the academic year
  • Four positions are full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • One position is .7 full-time
  • All roles are in-person within a supportive school community
