School-based Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for contract positions serving K-12 students. Multiple full-time roles are open, including four positions at 37.5 hours per week and one at a .7 full-time equivalent. All positions are in-person and located in the Port Orchard, WA area.

Bring your expertise in school SLP, SLP-CCC certification, and experience supporting diverse student needs to a collaborative educational environment. Professionals will manage caseloads generally limited to 48 students, although some flexibility is required, as numbers occasionally rise to 60.

Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Current Washington ESA certification
  • Valid WA SLP License
  • Completion of fingerprint clearance through OSPI
  • SLP-CCC credentials (required)
  • Experience with school-based settings preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to serve K-12 student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student growth
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
  • Support inclusive education initiatives and participate in special education meetings
