Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred, though strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience in a school-based, pediatric, or early childhood setting
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to fostering growth and success in young learners

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy for students in early learning classrooms
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support
  • Participate in IEP development and meetings, maintain detailed documentation, and contribute to a positive learning environment
  • Provide consultation and resources to families and staff on communication disorders and strategies
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to support student achievement
