Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state SLP licensure or eligible for licensure in WA
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly desirable, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in school settings and/or pediatric populations is preferred
  • Strong organizational, assessment, and communication abilities
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy for a variety of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s learning journey
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings and professional trainings as needed
  • Contribute insights for program development and student progress monitoring
