We’re seeking three skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to provide services across elementary and high school settings on a contract basis, with roles available immediately through June 17, 2027. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available, making this a great chance to tailor your work-life balance while making a difference.

Openings include two full-time (37.5 hours/week) positions and one part-time role (4 days/week), all providing the chance to help students thrive academically and socially through vital speech-language interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State SLP license
  • ESA certification required
  • SLP-CCC credential preferred
  • Fingerprinting through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction)
  • Prior school-based experience highly desirable
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy in compliance with IEP goals
  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for speech-language services
  • Develop tailored treatment plans and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Document services, assessments, and progress according to school policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support strategies
