As part of this assignment, you’ll provide services at the elementary level across two school sites, gaining insight into various workplace methods and approaches to student care. You’ll work alongside experienced educators and school leaders while serving a K-12 caseload limited to approximately 48 students (though it may range up to 60).

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate
- Active Washington SLP license
- SLP-CCC credentials
- Experience in a school setting, preferably with elementary-aged students
- Completion of fingerprinting through OSPI
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain compliance with state and district documentation and reporting
- Provide in-person services across two elementary sites
