This contract opportunity focuses on supporting 9th–12th grade students, making a difference in their academic and personal growth. The position welcomes both full- and part-time candidates, offering flexibility to fit your schedule. Assignments begin as soon as possible and extend through late spring of 2026, providing valuable continuity for your students.
Candidates with a range of experience are encouraged to apply—including SLPs, those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), as well as experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) with backgrounds in either school or healthcare settings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (required for SLP; SLPAs must meet district licensing standards)
- Valid state licensure for speech-language pathologists or assistants
- Experience with high school or pediatric populations preferred
- Strong collaborative skills to partner with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable working with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Open to both experienced clinicians and enthusiastic CFYs
- Commitment to providing evidence-based, student-centered services
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students grades 9–12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Conduct therapy sessions individually or in small groups
- Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and staff collaborations as needed
- Serve as a resource for student communication needs within the school community
