Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences (for SLP roles)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology (or as an SLPA)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFY applicants are also encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in K-12 or pediatric settings strongly valued
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered service delivery
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs in school environments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect therapy to students across K-12 grades
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of interventions and student outcomes
- Participate in student IEP meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
