Job Type Contract

Experience the vibrant atmosphere of the Southeast Florida coast while making a meaningful impact as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). We are seeking five dedicated SLPs (must have CCC credential) to serve students across a choice of innovative and supportive educational settings. Full-time and flexible schedules are available based on assignment, with opportunities to work with elementary, middle, or high school students, including students with ASD, VE, InD, and EBD.

Available assignments are located at brand-new and established school campuses, each offering unique caseloads and collaborative teams—some with other SLPs and SLPAs onsite. Maternity leave coverage roles are also open for those looking for interim opportunities. Each assignment includes working on-site, with 35 hours per week for full-time roles (7 hours a day, Monday through Friday). Most SLPs will be assigned to 1-2 schools, supporting students from VPK to high school.

What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP licensure (Florida) and CCC required
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting, K-12 or K-8 preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in the Port Saint Lucie and Fort Pierce area
  • Fingerprinting clearance (potential waiver if prints are on file with the Florida DOH)
  • Experience supporting exceptional student populations (ASD, VE, InD, EBD) a plus

You’ll provide direct speech and language services, participate in IEP development, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help maximize educational access for every student on your caseload. Each school fosters a supportive and collegial environment, ideal for passionate professionals eager to make a difference.
