We’re seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) for contract assignments beginning this fall. These roles are perfect for professionals passionate about working directly with students and collaborating with school-based teams.

Openings include opportunities at a K-8 school with a focus on students in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) units, and a high school setting with the support of an on-site SLPA. Each SLP will be assigned to a single campus, ensuring focused attention and the opportunity to build rapport with students and staff. Assignments are to cover maternity leaves: one from early October through mid-December and the other from September through late October.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
  • Active Florida SLP licensure.
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to clear district-mandated fingerprints (current AHCA Clearinghouse prints may be accepted).

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with other SLPs, SLPAs, and special education staff.
  • Provide support to families, sharing progress and recommendations.
  • Adapt therapy for diverse caseloads, including students with ASD or secondary-level needs.
