Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Port Saint Lucie, FL

What you’ll bring:

• Active Florida SLP license
• Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, staff, and families
• Ability to manage caseloads independently and work effectively within a team
• Timely completion of credentialing including district fingerprinting (can be expedited if already in AHCA clearinghouse)
• Availability to pick up a badge on-site before start date

Your impact and responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students (PK-8th, varies by site)
• Complete necessary student assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student success
• Contribute to IEPs and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Utilize on-site resources while integrating into school teams—locations have existing SLPs or allow for autonomous practice depending on assignment
• Support one to two campuses, with small manageable caseloads and the ability to combine part-time roles into full-time if desired
