• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Indiana state license (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
• Prior experience in a school environment supporting diverse caseloads
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver direct/indirect services
• Organization and flexibility to effectively manage a varied caseload

What you’ll do:
• Provide speech/language assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students across grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address communication and language challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise as needed
• Support students in reaching academic and functional goals through tailored interventions and strategies
