Your expertise will empower students to achieve their communication goals, whether you support one elementary and one middle school building or manage two middle school locations. You will work with caseloads ranging from 45-55 students, focusing on developing their speech, language, and communication abilities for academic and social success.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Passion for serving elementary and/or middle school populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with caseloads between 45-55 students
- Open to both onsite and VOCO/virtual arrangements for this contract
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students based on IEP goals and state standards
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress monitoring and documentation
- Adapt interventions to diverse student needs across assigned schools
