What You’ll Bring:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Minimum requirement: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Indiana SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desirable
- Expertise supporting students with diverse communication needs
- Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, other therapists, and family members
- Ability to adapt across different grade levels and manage a varied caseload
- Open to travel SLPs—SLPA candidates are not being considered at this time
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment and intervention services at assigned schools (elementary through middle) in a collaborative setting
- Craft individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in special education meetings
- Provide direct therapy to groups and individuals in alignment with student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and ongoing progress monitoring
- Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment, including consultation with staff and family outreach
- Participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
