What You’ll Bring:

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Minimum requirement: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Indiana SLP licensure (or eligibility)
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desirable
  • Expertise supporting students with diverse communication needs
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, other therapists, and family members
  • Ability to adapt across different grade levels and manage a varied caseload
  • Open to travel SLPs—SLPA candidates are not being considered at this time

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment and intervention services at assigned schools (elementary through middle) in a collaborative setting
  • Craft individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in special education meetings
  • Provide direct therapy to groups and individuals in alignment with student goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ongoing progress monitoring
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment, including consultation with staff and family outreach
  • Participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
