Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Texas SLP-CCC license required
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school setting
  • SLPAs will also be considered for these roles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech therapy services to students ages PreK through 12th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with IEP goals
  • Collaborate and consult with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Offer guidance and support to teachers and families to facilitate student progress
  • Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for students with diverse needs
