Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA CCC (or eligibility for CFY supervision)
  • Previous experience providing speech/language therapy in a school setting is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Work closely with families and educational staff to share progress and provide strategies for classroom success
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student planning and goal-setting
  • Participate in professional development to remain current with best practices
