Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (CT required or eligibility)
• CCC-SLP, CFY, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
• School-based SLP experience ideal, but open to candidates with pediatric experience
• Teletherapy experience is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive within a supportive multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-age students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and document student progress
• Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other specialists
• Participate in school-based meetings and professional development as needed
