Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for the state or eligibility to obtain one
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF) welcome to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is valued, though not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Deliver direct therapy services individually and in group settings
- Conduct screenings and progress monitoring assessments
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and intervention outcomes
- Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and onsite support staff to optimize student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
