Qualifications/Desired Background:

  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student progress
  • Track student outcomes and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
  • Deliver therapies individually and in small group settings
