Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Saco, ME | 2026–2027 School Year

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time opportunity in Saco, Maine during the 2026–2027 school year. This district-wide position will focus primarily on speech and language assessments, evaluation completion, and report writing, with additional time dedicated to providing direct student services.

Position Details:

- Full-time, 5 days per week
- 37.5–40 hours per week
- 2026–2027 School Year
- District-wide position
- 3 days per week focused on assessments, evaluations, and report writing
- 2 days per week providing student services
- Primarily assessment and service coverage
- Onsite position

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments across the district.
- Complete evaluations and prepare accurate, thorough assessment reports.
- Provide direct speech and language services approximately two days per week.
- Maintain accurate documentation and student records.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in meetings related to student evaluations and services.
- Manage assessment timelines and documentation efficiently across multiple school sites.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active or eligible Maine SLP licensure and required school-based credentialing
- Strong experience with speech and language assessments and evaluation report writing preferred
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and documentation skills
