What you’ll bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a varied caseload
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation abilities
  • Experience working within a school or pediatric setting preferred

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy services according to IEP goals
  • Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain timely, thorough records including evaluations, progress reports, and Medicaid documentation as required
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions and keep current with the best practices in the field
