Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Dedication to evidence-based practice and individualized student care

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with teachers and parents
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
• Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom strategies and student accommodations
• Provide direct therapy sessions, both individual and group, tailored to student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making
• Offer education and resources to families on supporting student development at home
