Make an impact in schools as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a contract assignment in the Portland, OR area. This full-time opportunity is perfect for an OR-licensed SLP who holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and is enthusiastic about working with K-12 students in a diverse and supportive educational setting.

Key Details:

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (8 hours per day)
  • Contract dates: April 6, 2026 – June 12, 2026; earlier start possible
  • Pay for this position starts at $90 per hour and may be negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Current and valid Oregon SLP license required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in various school settings
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress and strategies
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of student services
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise
