Soliant is seeking a full time Speech Language Pathologist for a school based contract job near Portland, OR. As a Speech Language Pathologist working on a contract basis, you'll provide essential support to students by evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of speech, communication, and language disorders. Your expertise will help students reach their greatest potential in the school setting, making a real difference in their educational experience. What you’ll bring to the role:

• Active Oregon SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Passion for working with children and helping them achieve measurable progress
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an interdisciplinary team

Daily responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments to identify students’ speech or language needs
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s progress
• Documenting interventions, evaluations, and progress notes
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to educational planning
• Providing guidance and training to educators and families as needed
