As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with students, families, and educators to foster academic and social success.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active or eligible state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience providing services in educational settings is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students across various grade levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
- Conduct screenings and participate in eligibility determination
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Educate staff and families regarding communication disorders and strategies for student support
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing program improvement
